Profiles, bios, categories, and hashtags

Public-source profiles may be unclaimed until the creator or authorized representative claims them. Exact official or creator-provided public bios may appear when source-backed and free of illegal/prohibited themes. Adult activity categories require creator-controlled public evidence or creator/agency submission plus admin approval. User hashtags can include legal adult discovery terms, but illegal, youth-coded, unauthorized private-content, non-consensual, synthetic impersonation, similar-person, or private-content themes are blocked.

Sponsored placements

Paid visibility must be labelled Sponsored and link to Sponsored Disclosure. Sponsorship does not buy hidden editorial rank, verification status, fake trust signals, or review outcomes.

Advertising purchases

• Only a verified creator or agency may advertise a represented creator. Each creator requires a current public bio proof, and the advertiser must own or be authorized to use every submitted image and claim.
• The buyer must provide accurate private legal, billing, tax-residence, and country-evidence details. Overseas zero-rating is not available unless SpicyBrowse approves at least two distinct location signals; conflicting or expired evidence blocks checkout.
• A draft, review submission, or approval does not reserve inventory. Approved inventory is first come, first served only when the buyer starts a 30-minute hold for an exact available window.
• Before the hold starts, a fresh server-recorded rate shows the USDC subtotal, account credit, applicable NZ GST treatment, exact USDC due, NZD values, sending wallet, and dates. The buyer's final confirmation creates the immutable order and supply record; an expired quote must be recalculated.
• Payment must be the exact USDC amount on Base from the declared sending address to the displayed recipient. Wrong-chain, wrong-token, wrong-address, reverted, unfinalized, or mismatched transfers do not secure inventory.
• A valid finalized transfer confirmed after its hold is no longer secure becomes non-withdrawable USDC-value account credit. Transfers needing a historical NZD valuation stay pending for accounting reconciliation rather than being assigned an invented rate.
• Before delivery starts, eligible cancellation value is returned as non-withdrawable account credit. Buyers cannot pause a live timed campaign. Verified service downtime may receive an admin-approved credit; any on-chain refund requires separate admin approval and transaction evidence.
• Planned, actual-delivery, and tracking timestamps are recorded separately. Aggregate impression and click reporting is directional, privacy-limited, and is not a promise of conversions or revenue.
• SpicyBrowse issues and retains its seller-side NZ supply, payment, correction, and exchange-rate records. The advertiser remains responsible for its own deductibility, input-tax, crypto, and jurisdiction-specific records and should obtain its own tax advice.
• SpicyBrowse may reject, pause, remove, or hash-block creative for safety, rights, consent, legal, source, or policy concerns.

Claims, removals, and enforcement

Creators and authorized representatives can use Claim Profile or Report or Remove Profile. SpicyBrowse may remove or suppress profiles, images, categories, hashtags, links, sponsor placements, or accounts that violate these terms, safety rules, or legal requests.
